Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement sophisticated computational and statistical analyses of large-scale biological datasets.

• Collaborate with experimental teams to define research questions and guide experimental design from a computational perspective.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines for processing and analyzing high-throughput sequencing data.

Requirements

• PhD in Computational Biology , Bioinformatics, Statistics, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant industry or academic research experience with a focus on biological data analysis.
• Expertise in scripting languages such as Python or R, and experience with bioinformatics software and databases.
• Strong understanding of molecular biology, genetics, and drug discovery processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a distributed, collaborative team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to contribute to scientific innovation.
