About the Role

Our client, a leading organization in the Charity & Voluntary sector , is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fundraising Officer to join their team, operating on a fully remote basis. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies across various channels, including major gifts, corporate partnerships, and trusts and foundations.
• Identify, cultivate, and solicit prospective donors, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Prepare compelling grant proposals, funding applications, and donor reports.
• Manage a portfolio of key relationships and ensure donor stewardship and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop fundraising campaigns and materials.
• Track fundraising progress, analyze data, and provide regular reports on performance against targets.

Requirements

• Proven track record in fundraising or development, with significant experience in a senior role within the charity sector .
• Demonstrated success in securing major gifts, corporate sponsorships, or grant funding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and compelling narratives.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with donor management software and fundraising databases.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
