Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documentation.
• Manage relationships with external counsel and other advisors.
• Support business development and strategic planning from a legal perspective.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in the UK with a minimum of 6 years' post-qualification experience in corporate law.
• Proven experience in managing significant M&A transactions and corporate structuring.
• In-depth knowledge of UK company law and corporate governance best practices.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
