About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to support their Clinical Research operations based in Reading . This role is crucial for managing, analyzing, and interpreting complex clinical trial data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with clinical operations, biostatistics, and regulatory affairs teams to provide critical data insights that contribute to the successful development of new therapeutics. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the collection, cleaning, and validation of clinical trial data from multiple sources.
- Develop and implement statistical analysis plans to evaluate study endpoints and outcomes.
- Generate comprehensive reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ICH GCP, GDPR).
- Mentor junior data analysts and contribute to the development of data management best practices.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis within the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
- Proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS) and database management.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial design, regulatory guidelines, and data management principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
