About the Role
Our client is seeking a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute innovative digital marketing strategies. Based in our vibrant Leeds office, you will be at the forefront of developing and managing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the digital landscape and a proven track record of driving measurable growth. You will work closely with sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Oversee and optimize SEO and SEM campaigns to improve organic search rankings and paid search performance.
- Manage social media presence, creating engaging content and fostering community interaction.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences and analyzing campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling blog posts, articles, and website copy.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in campaign management.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and experience in data analysis.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing copy.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
