Key Responsibilities

- Create and curate compelling, on-brand content including visually appealing graphics, engaging videos, and persuasive copy for social channels.
- Foster and grow the online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and managing customer feedback effectively.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of social media performance data, providing actionable insights and reports to stakeholders to refine strategies.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and integrated campaign execution.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, specifically within an e-commerce context.
- Proven track record of successfully managing paid and organic social media advertising campaigns with a strong ROI.
- Expertise with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights).
- Exceptional content creation abilities, including graphic design and video editing skills.
- Deep understanding of current social media algorithms, best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related discipline.
