Senior Electrical Engineer - Power Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and engineering of electrical power systems, including substations , distribution networks, and renewable energy integration.
• Develop detailed technical specifications, schematics , and control system designs.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical reviews to ensure project viability and safety.
• Oversee project execution, liaising with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and regulatory changes in the energy sector .

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical power system design and engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software and electrical simulation tools (e.g., ETAP, PSS/E).
• Strong understanding of relevant industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
