About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Significant experience as an Installation Engineer or in a similar technical support role, with a focus on remote assistance.
• Deep understanding of electro-mechanical systems, networking, and software integration.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in using remote access tools, diagnostic software, and collaboration platforms.
• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
