Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive demand-side management (DSM) programs and strategies.
• Analyze energy consumption patterns and identify opportunities for load reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Design and implement pilot projects for new DSM technologies and customer engagement approaches.
• Collaborate with utility partners, technology providers, and customers to foster participation in DSM initiatives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of DSM programs and provide recommendations for optimisation.
• Stay current with industry best practices, technologies, and regulatory frameworks related to demand response and energy efficiency.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in demand-side management , energy efficiency, or a related field within the energy sector.
• Strong understanding of energy markets, grid operations, and the principles of load management.
• Experience with data analysis and modelling related to energy consumption and DSM program impacts.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
