About the Role
Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Frontend Developer to join their product development team in Bradford . You will be responsible for translating UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive, and interactive web applications. This role requires a deep understanding of modern frontend frameworks, a passion for user experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with backend developers and designers. You will play a key role in shaping the user interface and user experience of our client's flagship products, ensuring they are performant, accessible, and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain reusable and scalable frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, pixel-perfect code.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate frontend logic with server-side functions.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior frontend developers, promoting best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in frontend web development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Extensive experience with at least one major frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and performance optimization techniques.
