About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Frontend Developer to join their product development team in Bradford . You will be responsible for translating UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive, and interactive web applications. This role requires a deep understanding of modern frontend frameworks, a passion for user experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with backend developers and designers. You will play a key role in shaping the user interface and user experience of our client's flagship products, ensuring they are performant, accessible, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain reusable and scalable frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, pixel-perfect code.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate frontend logic with server-side functions.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior frontend developers, promoting best practices.
Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in frontend web development.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Extensive experience with at least one major frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and performance optimization techniques.
