Senior Full Stack Developer - Fintech

About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join their innovative Fintech team in Manchester, Greater Manchester . Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks for both front-end and back-end.
• Implement user-facing features using technologies like React , Angular, or Vue.js.
• Develop and manage server-side logic, APIs, and database interactions using languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js .
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, participating actively in code reviews and testing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development .
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React ).
• Strong experience with back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Spring Boot ).
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker).
