About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Full Stack Developer to join their vibrant technology team based in Plymouth . This role requires a versatile engineer capable of tackling both frontend and backend development challenges, contributing to the entire software development lifecycle. You will play a key role in designing, building, and deploying scalable web applications, working collaboratively with product owners and designers to deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of web applications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across the full stack using modern technologies.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
Develop and manage robust APIs and database schemas to support application functionality.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and contribute to improving development processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks like React or Vue) and backend languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java).
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for creating high-quality software solutions.
