Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet annual and long-term financial goals.
- Identify, cultivate, and solicit major gifts from prospective individual donors, corporations, and foundations.
- Manage and steward existing donor relationships, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
- Oversee grant writing efforts, including research, proposal development, and reporting.
- Organize and promote fundraising events, galas, and campaigns to maximize revenue and awareness.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in fundraising, with at least 5 years of experience in the Charity & Voluntary sector .
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Expertise in various fundraising methods, including major gifts, grants, and corporate partnerships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for compelling storytelling.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or CFRE certification is a plus.
