Key Responsibilities

• Design, document, and prototype core gameplay systems, including combat, economy, progression, and AI behaviors.

• Conduct playtesting and iterate on designs based on feedback and data analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in game design, with a strong focus on systems design .
• Proven track record of designing and shipping successful titles, with examples of complex systems in your portfolio.
• Excellent documentation skills , with the ability to clearly communicate design concepts and mechanics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a deep understanding of player motivation and engagement.
• Familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) and scripting languages is a plus.
