Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing operational processes, identifying key areas for improvement.

• Lead virtual cross-functional teams in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , focusing on process optimization and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and project management.
• Advanced proficiency in simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and data visualization platforms.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and lead projects effectively in a remote environment.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for virtual engagement.
