Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current industrial systems and processes to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.

• Develop and utilize process simulation models to evaluate system performance and predict outcomes.
• Apply lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations and eliminate waste.
• Collaborate with engineers and operations staff to ensure effective implementation of system changes.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations on system analyses and proposed solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial systems analysis, design, or optimization.
• Proficiency in process modeling and simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic).
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
