Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of Lean Six Sigma projects aimed at improving efficiency, quality, and throughput.
• Analyze production data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and root cause analysis.
• Design and optimize manufacturing layouts, workflows, and material handling systems.
• Develop and standardize operational procedures, ensuring best practices are followed across the site.
• Train and mentor cross-functional teams on Lean Manufacturing principles and problem-solving techniques.
• Collaborate with engineering and production management to set operational goals and track progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on operations excellence and continuous improvement.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt required.
• Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional improvement teams.
• Proficiency in simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
