About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Consultant with expertise in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) to join their team in Norwich . This role is focused on fundamentally redesigning core business processes to achieve dramatic improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, cost, and quality. You will lead client engagements, analyze existing processes, design optimal future-state workflows, and manage the implementation of these transformative changes. Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive business process analysis and redesign initiatives for clients.

- Develop implementation roadmaps and manage the execution of re-engineered processes.

- Measure and track the impact of BPR initiatives on key performance indicators.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting, operations management, or business process improvement.
- Proven expertise in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) methodologies and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to map and analyze complex processes.
- Demonstrated experience in leading change initiatives and managing project teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
