About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting, operations management, or business process improvement.
• Proven expertise in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) methodologies and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to map and analyze complex processes.
• Demonstrated experience in leading change initiatives and managing project teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
