Our client is seeking a results-oriented Management Consultant focused on business process improvement to join their team in Norwich . In this role, you will work with clients to analyze their existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and design and implement optimized solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. You will play a vital part in driving operational excellence and ensuring clients achieve their strategic objectives through streamlined operations. Key Responsibilities
- Map and analyze current business processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for enhancement.
- Develop and recommend improved process designs, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.
- Lead the implementation of process improvements, managing timelines and ensuring successful adoption by client teams.
- Develop metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the performance and benefits of implemented changes.
- Collaborate with clients to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Management Consultant or in a similar role focused on process improvement or operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in process mapping and analysis tools.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
