Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and validation of automotive mechanical systems and components, such as powertrain, chassis, or suspension systems.
- Utilize advanced CAD software and simulation tools (FEA, CFD) to optimize designs for performance, durability, and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and manufacturing specialists, to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly.

- Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes.
- Manage supplier relationships and technical specifications for procured components.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in automotive mechanical design, with a strong focus on a specific area like powertrain or chassis.
- Proficiency in industry-standard automotive CAD/CAE tools and simulation software.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive materials, manufacturing processes, and industry trends.
