Senior Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and detailed design of mechanical components and systems using CAD software .
• Conduct rigorous FEA simulations and analysis to validate designs and optimize performance.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for prototypes and production units.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and project managers, in a remote setting.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful completion within scope and budget constraints.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in mechanical design and development, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks , CATIA, or similar advanced CAD packages.
• Demonstrated experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD).
• Excellent understanding of materials science, thermodynamics, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
