Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems from concept to production using CAD software .
• Perform detailed stress analysis , thermal calculations, and dynamic simulations to validate designs.
• Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and manufacturing specialists.
• Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support throughout project lifecycles.
• Document design processes, technical specifications, and test results meticulously.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Proficiency in FEA software (e.g., ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation) and 3D CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA).
• Strong knowledge of material science, manufacturing processes, and quality control standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
