Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems from concept to production using CAD software .
- Perform detailed stress analysis , thermal calculations, and dynamic simulations to validate designs.
- Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and manufacturing specialists.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support throughout project lifecycles.
- Document design processes, technical specifications, and test results meticulously.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and product development.
- Proficiency in FEA software (e.g., ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation) and 3D CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA).
- Strong knowledge of material science, manufacturing processes, and quality control standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
