Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems, from concept to production, utilizing advanced CAD software.
• Perform detailed FEA analysis , simulations, and validation testing to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and project managers, via virtual channels.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and project reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical design issues that arise during development and manufacturing phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least 7 years in mechanical design and development, with a focus on complex systems.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD) and FEA tools.
• Strong understanding of material science, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for effective remote teamwork.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a distributed setting.
