About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for complex network issues affecting LAN, WAN, and wireless environments.
• Participate in the design and planning of network infrastructure upgrades and new deployments.
• Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Monitor network performance and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and user satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, standards, and best practices.
• Mentor junior network team members and share technical expertise.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a Network Specialist or similar advanced networking role.
• In-depth knowledge of routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, EIGRP), switching technologies, and network security principles.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities.
• Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and virtual networking solutions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CCNP or equivalent experience are preferred.
