Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for telecom network infrastructure, including routing, switching, and transmission systems.
• Lead complex troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis for network outages and performance degradation.
• Design and implement network upgrades and enhancements to improve capacity and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, configuration standards, and best practices.
• Mentor junior network engineers and share technical knowledge across the team.

Requirements

• Significant experience (8+ years) in telecoms network engineering and operations.
• Deep knowledge of core telecom technologies such as MPLS, BGP, optical networking, and wireless systems.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring and management tools.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues under pressure.
• Strong understanding of network security principles.
