Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and engineering of complex power systems, including generation, distribution, and protection.
• Perform advanced power system studies, such as load flow, stability, and fault analysis.
• Develop technical specifications, system architectures, and project proposals.
• Oversee the technical aspects of power system projects from conceptualization through commissioning.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to remote engineering teams.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
• 10+ years of experience in the power engineering sector, with significant design and project leadership responsibilities.
• In-depth knowledge of power system software (e.g., PSS/E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory) and modeling techniques.
• Experience with renewable energy integration, grid modernization, and energy storage solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams and manage complex projects autonomously.
