Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and engineering of complex power systems, including generation, distribution, and protection.
- Perform advanced power system studies, such as load flow, stability, and fault analysis.
- Develop technical specifications, system architectures, and project proposals.
- Oversee the technical aspects of power system projects from conceptualization through commissioning.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to remote engineering teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in power engineering.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
- 10+ years of experience in the power engineering sector, with significant design and project leadership responsibilities.
- In-depth knowledge of power system software (e.g., PSS/E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory) and modeling techniques.
- Experience with renewable energy integration, grid modernization, and energy storage solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams and manage complex projects autonomously.
