About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Physiotherapist with a specialization in Musculoskeletal conditions to join their leading rehabilitation clinic in Bristol . This pivotal role involves providing expert assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive rehabilitation programs, managing complex caseloads, and contributing to the clinical development of the physiotherapy team. We are looking for a highly skilled practitioner who is passionate about restoring patient function, reducing pain, and enhancing quality of life through expert manual therapy and exercise prescription.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients with musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction, establishing accurate diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans utilizing manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy modalities.
• Manage a diverse caseload of patients, including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions.
• Educate patients and their families on condition management, injury prevention strategies, and home exercise programs.
• Liaise effectively with other healthcare professionals, including GPs and surgeons, to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists, contributing to their professional growth and the team's clinical expertise.

Requirements

• Qualified Physiotherapist with current HCPC registration.
• Significant post-graduate experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a strong track record in managing complex cases.
• Advanced manual therapy skills and expertise in exercise rehabilitation principles.
• Excellent diagnostic and clinical reasoning abilities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Relevant post-graduate qualifications or certifications in specialist areas are desirable.
