Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted resourcing strategies to attract candidates for diverse client requirements.
• Utilise advanced search techniques across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
• Screen and assess candidate suitability through in-depth interviews and evaluations.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool of qualified professionals for current and future opportunities.
• Collaborate with client-facing consultants to understand technical and cultural fit requirements.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Resourcing Specialist or Talent Sourcer, with a focus on active and passive candidate engagement.
• Proficiency with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and various sourcing tools.
• Strong understanding of market mapping and talent pipeline generation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic consultancy setting.
