Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and analysis of high-voltage and low-voltage power systems.
- Perform power system studies, including load flow, short circuit, and stability analysis.
- Develop and implement strategies for power system protection and control.
- Specify and select power system equipment, such as transformers, switchgear, and generators.
- Oversee the integration and commissioning of new power system components and infrastructure.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers working on power systems projects.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in power systems engineering .
- In-depth knowledge of power system analysis software (e.g., ETAP, PSS/E, PSCAD).
- Experience with grid integration and renewable energy systems is highly desirable.
- Understanding of power system protection schemes and relay settings.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
