Key Responsibilities
- Design, model, and analyze power systems , including transmission, distribution, and generation networks.
- Conduct load flow, short-circuit, and stability studies using industry-standard software.
- Develop and implement strategies for grid modernization, integration of renewable energy, and energy storage solutions.
- Provide expert technical consultation and support to project teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant power system codes, standards, and regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the advancement of the team's technical capabilities in a remote setting.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in power systems engineering .
- Proficiency with power system simulation software such as PSS/E, ETAP, or PSCAD.
- Strong understanding of grid operations, protection systems, and renewable energy integration.
- Proven experience working effectively in a remote engineering environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for virtual collaboration.
