About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Primary School Teacher to join a vibrant educational institution in Leicester . Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver creative and effective lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum for primary education .
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing targeted support to address individual learning needs.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation and a love for learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student well-being and academic achievement.
• Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and school events.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting , with a strong understanding of Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
• Excellent knowledge of current educational best practices and assessment methods.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
