Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, tailoring instruction to meet diverse student needs.
• Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning and engagement.
• Mentor and support junior teaching staff, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with educational standards.
• Organise and lead extracurricular activities that enrich the school experience.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching at the primary level, with a strong understanding of the UK curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership potential or experience in a senior teaching role.
