Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school policies and initiatives.
- Provide pastoral care and support to students, addressing their academic and emotional needs.
- Mentor and support newly qualified or trainee teachers within the department.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
- Proven experience as a primary school teacher, with a track record of successful pupil progress.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK primary curriculum and assessment methods.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
