Senior Process Safety Engineer (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Process Safety Management (PSM) programs.
• Conduct thorough Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs), including HAZOP, LOPA, and FMEA studies.
• Oversee incident investigations and root cause analyses for safety-related events.
• Develop and deliver process safety training to relevant personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical expertise on process safety design for new projects and modifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related safety field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in process safety engineering within the chemical or related industries.
• In-depth knowledge of PHA methodologies and safety software.
• Strong understanding of global process safety regulations and standards.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills suitable for remote work.
