Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic planning and execution of multiple programme initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage programme budgets, resources, timelines, and risks across all constituent projects.
• Lead and mentor project managers and teams, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing regular updates on programme progress and key milestones.
• Establish and implement programme governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Proactively identify and address programme-level risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in programme management or senior project management roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-project programmes.
• Demonstrated experience managing programmes in a fully remote environment, including leading distributed teams effectively.
• Expertise in programme management methodologies, tools, and governance structures.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• A relevant certification such as MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) or PMP is highly desirable.
