Senior Project Manager - Manufacturing

About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in the manufacturing sector to join their team in Bradford . This role is crucial for managing strategic projects focused on enhancing production processes, implementing new technologies, and improving operational efficiency. You will lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and supply chain, to deliver projects that drive innovation and support business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for manufacturing-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate and collaborate with engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other process optimization methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
