Key Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations for a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets for the Aberdeen region.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to provide accurate property valuations and advise on market trends.
- Manage the entire transaction process from initial contact through to successful completion, ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are met.
- Mentor junior members of the sales team, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.
Requirements
- Proven track record in real estate sales and negotiation, with at least 5 years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the Aberdeen property market and current real estate legislation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
