Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Valuer or Surveyor, with a strong portfolio of completed valuations.
• In-depth knowledge of the London property market and its key drivers.
• Proficiency in valuation software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, report-writing, and communication skills.
• RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualification or equivalent professional body membership is essential.
• A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
