Key Responsibilities

- Analyze market data, sales comparables, and economic indicators to support valuation conclusions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, surveyors, and other stakeholders within the real estate industry.

- Mentor junior valuers and contribute to the team's professional development.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Valuer or Surveyor, with a strong portfolio of completed valuations.
- In-depth knowledge of the London property market and its key drivers.
- Proficiency in valuation software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, report-writing, and communication skills.
- RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualification or equivalent professional body membership is essential.
- A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
