Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering roles, including mechanical, electrical, civil, and software engineers.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier engineering talent from specialized networks and platforms.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with engineering clients, understanding their technical requirements and project needs.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, technical screenings, and cultural fit evaluations.
• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for successful placements, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Provide clients with valuable market intelligence on engineering talent trends and compensation benchmarks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment , with a strong specialization in the Engineering sector.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing niche engineering roles (e.g., structural engineers, process engineers, embedded systems engineers).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of engineering disciplines and the current industry landscape.
• Ability to manage a demanding workload and deliver high-quality results in a hybrid work setting.
