Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test control strategies and algorithms for power system applications, including renewable energy sources and energy storage systems.
• Implement and commission control systems for power plants, substations, and grid infrastructure.
• Analyze power system dynamics and performance, developing solutions to improve stability and reliability.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to integrate control systems with electrical equipment.
• Develop simulation models for control systems and power grids using industry-standard software.
• Troubleshoot control system issues and provide technical support for operational power systems.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in Power Systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in power system control design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of power system stability, dynamics, and protection principles.
• Proficiency in control system design software (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink) and programming languages (e.g., C++, Python).
• Experience with SCADA systems, PLCs, and embedded control technologies is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
