This crucial role involves sourcing and placing healthcare professionals, including nurses, allied health professionals, and senior clinical staff, with hospitals, clinics, and private healthcare providers. You will leverage your expertise to build strong client relationships and develop a robust talent pool, working remotely to manage a wide geographical reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, verifying qualifications, registrations, and experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare organizations and hiring managers.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract niche healthcare talent, utilizing various platforms and networks.
• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for placed candidates.
• Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and staffing needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a significant focus on recruiting within the healthcare sector .
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including different roles, qualifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and effective candidate attraction techniques.
