About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and managerial roles.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within NHS trusts and private healthcare organisations in Oxford and beyond.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates, ensuring they meet the stringent requirements of the healthcare industry.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their specific staffing needs, service requirements, and culture.
• Negotiate offers and manage the entire onboarding process for successful candidates.
• Stay abreast of developments, regulations, and trends within the UK healthcare sector.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven specialization in the healthcare sector .
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of healthcare roles, qualifications, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and office-based tasks.
• Familiarity with the Oxfordshire healthcare landscape is highly desirable.
