About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare professionals, from understanding client needs to candidate placement.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals, utilizing online platforms and professional networks.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, assess skills and experience, and ensure a strong cultural fit for client organisations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their staffing requirements and challenges.
• Achieve and exceed placement targets and KPIs within the healthcare recruitment specialism.
• Stay informed about current trends, regulations, and advancements within the healthcare industry.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally with a focus on the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its staffing needs.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and online sourcing tools.
