Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technology roles, from initial client engagement to candidate placement.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top IT professionals, including developers, engineers, and data scientists.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with technology clients, understanding their technical requirements and company culture.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, assess technical skills, and provide detailed feedback.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies within the IT sector to provide expert market advice.
• Achieve and consistently exceed placement and revenue targets for the technology division.

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a specialization in recruiting for technology roles.
• Demonstrated success in business development within the IT recruitment space.
