Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for service expansion.
• Proactively generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and strategic market engagement.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for complex and senior-level roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Mentor and coach junior members of the recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific client needs and market dynamics.
• Achieve demanding performance targets and contribute to the overall financial objectives of the Coventry office.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a proven track record of success in a senior capacity.
• Demonstrated ability in business development and client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of various industry sectors and their talent needs.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and commercial acumen.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification is advantageous.
