Key Responsibilities

Lead the full recruitment cycle for senior-level and specialist positions, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the client base in the West Midlands region.
Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment, with a significant portion in a senior or lead role.
