Senior Research Lead

Bible Society believes the Bible is God's gift for God's world. We share it because we believe it changes lives for good. We want Christians to be confident in the Bible's truthfulness and reliability, and we want to change how people talk about it in wider society and invite them to see it as a source of wisdom and joy.

We're looking for a Senior Research Lead to join our Research and Impact team to help provide insights into global religious trends and deepen our understanding of Bible engagement around the world. Working closely with our International Mission team, you'll use qualitative research and quantitative data, including our Patmos World Bible Attitudes Survey, to explore how and why people engage with the Bible across different cultures.

It's an exciting time to join Bible Society as we develop our global Patmos Initiative. You'll play a key role in turning research into meaningful insights that inspire new thinking, shape mission and help Bible Society and our global partners identify opportunities for greater Bible engagement.

If this sounds like you and you have the legal right to work and remain in the UK, we'd love to hear from you. Please provide your CV and a 250-word statement that sets out why you're the best person for this position.

For the purposes of your cover letter, we ask that you do not use AI-generated content. We would like to hear your own thoughts, experiences and motivations in your own words.

Bible Society is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We value diversity and aspire to reflect this in our workforce. We welcome applications from people representing all sections of the community.
