Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize advanced molecular biology experiments relevant to disease research.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets generated from techniques such as qPCR, next-generation sequencing, and western blotting.
• Develop and validate novel molecular assays and methodologies.
• Mentor and provide scientific guidance to junior research staff and technicians.
• Contribute to the writing of research papers, grant proposals, and internal reports.

Requirements

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or a related life science discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in molecular biology research.
• Proficiency in a wide range of molecular biology techniques, including cloning, PCR, gene expression analysis, and protein analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage research projects and troubleshoot experimental challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
