Key Responsibilities

• Lead the collection and analysis of performance data using advanced tracking and video analysis tools.
• Develop and implement sophisticated analytical models to assess individual and team performance.
• Provide real-time and post-event performance feedback to coaching staff and athletes.
• Create detailed reports and visualizations that clearly communicate key insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with coaches to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and align analysis with strategic goals.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in sports science, analytics technology, and performance methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a performance analysis role within elite sports.
• Expertise in using performance analysis software (e.g., Hudl, Sportscode, Dartfish) and data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of biomechanics, physiological principles, and sports tactics relevant to sport .
• Excellent analytical, statistical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Master's degree or higher in Sports Science, Performance Analysis, or a related field is highly preferred.
