Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet client hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of professional roles, leveraging multiple recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive outreach and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and guide them through the recruitment process.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive impression of our client.
• Utilize recruitment technologies, including ATS and CRM systems, to track and manage candidate data efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruitment Consultant, with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Strong knowledge of various recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment .
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
